Mr. Szecsei has significant experience working with small to mid-size businesses and their owners and managers. He has particular exposure to the construction, distribution, transportation and securities industries. Mr. Szecsei has assisted these businesses by performing audits and reviews, preparing financial statements, developing ratio and cash flow analyses, and analyzing internal control policies and procedures. He is also experienced in providing audit and consulting services for employee benefit plans regulated by the U.S. Department of Labor.

As Tax Director, Jon applies over 20 years of experience to providing tax planning for entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals. He is responsible for the management of tax consulting and compliance engagements for consolidated groups, multi-state corporations, manufacturers, distributors, private equity groups, not-for-profits, and real estate partnerships. As part of his work with individual and business clients with offshore activity, Jon is responsible for foreign reporting as required by the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
