Her unique insight into the creative and digital arenas comes from a combination of having worked in the industry as a designer, producer, creative and strategist. Stella's natural curiosity about design and technology, coupled with her passion for creativity, culture and empathy for people, brings a progressive approach to talent management. Having lived and worked in Sydney, London, and San Francisco, Stella now resides in Portland Oregon.
Mia Lee Mia joins Tangerine to recruit for account management after nearly 15 years in advertising. Through leadership roles across a diverse portfolio of clients at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, TBWA\MAL and W+K, Mia honed her ability to evaluate, nurture and grow talent, and build successful creative cultures.
