The mission of Targeted Performance Group is to improve performance in the workplace.George Milton, Principal of Targeted Performance Group, is actively involved in the area of performance improvement in the workplace and has been since 1985 when he graduated from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology. He worked as a training officer in the U.S. Army before spending 17 years with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company in various positions within performance improvement and training departments.
