An important component of our business is our Association Management service which is headed by Norm Scott and Vicki DiFabio. We specialize in association management as small as 10 units and as large as 200 units. Tartan is a member of the Association of Professional Community Managers (C.A.I.) and Norm holds certifications as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and an e-Pro Certification which deals with communication skills through the Internet.

2014 marks Tartan Management's celebration of their 24th year being in business and establishing itself as a leader in the property management and resort rental industries. As a result of the company's commitment and dedication to providing excellent service to clients, its management portfolio has grown from just a few properties to hundreds. Services offered through Tartan have expanded as Tartan has grown. In addition to property management services, Tartan also specializes in rentals, real estate sales and lead generation.
