proposal includes a survey of areas to be repaired and a set of drawings and specifications for the contractor to acquire a permit from the city for the repair of the structure and waterproofing of the building. Contract specifications will include repair drawings, technical specifications, bid form, special/general conditions for the structural repairs and waterproofing of the building structure. These specifications will clearly specify the repair/waterproofing materials, warrantees, coordination with tenants and other limitations imposed on the contractor during construction, so as not to affect the normal operations of the building.
