We maintain a tax-only practice. This focus allows us to provide maximum value to our business clients. The collective "Big 4"; experience of our Partners and staff allows us to provide both top-notch tax technical expertise and a higher level of personal attention and service to businesses that use, or are considering using, a "Big 4" or other large accounting firm. While occasionally there is a need to access the depth and breadth of expertise that exists in large accounting firms, the cost of maintaining that expertise is passed on to all clients whether they access it or not. As a result, companies that use such firms overpay for their day-to-day tax needs. As a boutique firm, we are not saddled with the substantial fixed costs that most large firms incur. This in turn reduces the administrative and infrastructure costs that are typically absorbed by clients. As a result, our services are provided at a significantly lower rate that those of large firms. Value and cost savings do not have to be mutually exclusive. Our client service philosophy is simple; to foster a long-term relationship with our clients by putting your best interests first, learning your business, identifying and discussing tax planning opportunities as appropriate, being responsive to all requests, and delivering on projects as agreed to. TaxOps is a firm focused on tax operations, yet we recognize that other services or more specific tax expertise may occasionally be required by our clients. We have therefore established relationships with CPA’s, attorneys and other professionals, whose practices complement ours and who can provide our clients with their expertise when needed. Our goal is to provide our clients with the appropriate expertise in the most efficient and economical manner, and we believe that this approach facilitates this goal. I have used the services of TaxOps over the last 6 years and have found that the organization has done a very professional job at an entire gambit of outsourced tax services.
