Tax Client Services (TCS) is dedicated to helping you with all of your tax and accounting needs, including maximizing your after-tax cash flow by minimizing your tax liability. We provide comprehensive tax and accounting professional services to individuals and businesses, and pride ourselves on our responsiveness and accessibility to all of our clients. TCS was established on a commitment to building and maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients, and this remains our hallmark.

Despite working well for Air Touch, however, things changed when the U.K.-based company, Vodafone, acquired our company in June of 1999, merging to form Vodafone Air Touch Plc. The new managers from Vodafone decided to change Air Touch’s former tax structure, believing it too complicated and expensive to continue (it had cost our company roughly $1 million a year). Granted, this new structure was easier to maintain and operate as it required minimal employees, but it turned out that in the long run, this compliance saving cost the company significantly in lost tax savings.

We may transfer PII to a Third Party when necessary to provide a service that a client requests from us or when responding to offers provided by TCS. In addition, we may share PII with trusted partners to help us perform tax planning, preparation or consulting analysis, send emails or postal mail, provide client support, or assist with service deliverables.

We provide clients with a method to ensure that any personal data provided to us is accurate and up to date. You can request any correction, update and deletion of your personal information by email. For example, in case you decided to no longer to be on a mailing list for periodic tax and accounting information updates, you can email us to that effect and we will honor your decision by discontinuing any further messages.
