The TAXRITE service may periodically conduct customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve our service. We take the information we receive from individuals responding to our customer surveys and aggregate it with the responses from other customers to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions(such as gender, age, residence, education, employment or other demographic information). We may also ask you for follow up information regarding your appeal status and results. We then use the aggregated information to improve our services. This aggregated non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties.

With our service, we provide a simple do-it-yourself approach for filing Property tax reduction petitions. Lawyers become unnecessary, paperwork is reduced and cost is low and predictable.

It varies in every state. For Example, in New Jersey, the deadline is April 1 or 45 days after you get your tax invoice in the mail. If you’ve been recently assessed, then the deadline is May 1st. We provide you all filing dates in our package.
