Tazewell County Resource Centers (TCRC) is a not-for-profit agency that provides services for individuals with disabilities. Serving all of central Illinois and greater Peoria, TCRC offers work and job training, Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA), developmental training, early intervention, family support, childhood services, and training for the blind and visually impaired.
