This facility will provide City Light with its own vactor vehicle dump site for decanting, filtering and treating to meet environmental discharge requirements. The 4,500 SF building will be located at City Light’s South Service Center. The steel framed structure will provide partial enclosure to facilitate drying and temporary storage of the solid material before hauling off-site. A treatment room will house equipment to filter and treat the liquid before discharge to the sanitary sewer system.
