Duncan McIver - Mr. McIver is Vice President of the Technology Commercialization Center, Inc. (TeCC). Mr. McIver is a co-founder of TeCC, which won a contract in 2001 to operate NASA’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Technology Transfer Center.
