Vince is a graduate of Siena College. He joined TBC in 2007. Vince has extensive experience in managing all phases of audits, reviews and compilations for commercial businesses, governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations. His responsibilities include supervision of audit staff and being a point of contact for client communications. Additionally, Vince has significant experience providing tax services to a wide array of businesses and organizations. Vince is part of the TBC Accounting and Auditing Committee that assists with engagement quality control.

Jim has been servicing the business community for nearly 30 years as a CPA and a pension consultant. Jim joined TBC in 1987 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University. As the firm’s Director of Pension Administration Services, he draws from his extensive experience partnering with investment advisors to help clients with qualified retirement plans. While Jim has been a CPA for over 20 years, he also has experience in the financial services industry and received the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1997.

Kelly works with a wide range of clients, ranging from audits of not-for-profit organizations and commercial entities to employee benefit plans. In particular, her commercial clientele consists of contractors. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also experienced in providing tax services for corporations, partnerships and not-for-profits.
