We conduct at least three telephone references and an educational check. We present detailed accounts of these interviews to our client. Because our network is so extensive and longstanding, we are able to obtain factual, informative and in-depth comments on the candidate's professional and personal ability to succeed in the position. We want to prepare our client and the candidate to maximize the chances that the candidate will succeed.

Story of Innovation : I've come to learn that managing boards of directors are very hard. These are thankless jobs. David ran the ski manufacturers' association prior to McKinsey & Co. conducting a study to show that the ski resorts association and manufacturers' association should merge and consolidate resources. David then became president of both organizations. The fit was poor.

Steve has been our CTC for over 6 years managing his own web technology business. In 2009, he oversaw a massive overhaul to TeamWork Online´s code adding in a professional network and advanced connection points between candidate and employers. Prior to that, Steve was the lead developer of TeamWork Online while serving as the Director of Interactive for the technology-and-design firm Kaleidoscope. Steve graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1997.

On those candidates who most closely fit our client's needs, we perform face-to-face personal interviews (or video conference interviews) with the candidates to develop a complete personal and professional profile. For the best of those candidates, we arrange for the client and the leading candidates to meet. For that meeting, we provide the client with complete backgrounds as well as our professional evaluation on the candidate's personal and professional qualifications for the position.
