Eric had the talent and a lot of vicarious experience even before he was able to start in the business, which he did while he was in college."During his college years at USC, Eric worked part time for commercial brokers in Los Angeles, and after graduation he became an independent agent in the San Francisco area with the commercial firm, Cushman, Wakefield.
