Team Clean has been a vendor and partner of the Kahala Hotel and Resort for over 8 years. I’ve found their leadership and quality of work to be unparalleled in the industry. An example of the level of service we enjoy as a client. Team Clean assisted in the removal of hundreds of gallons of water, cleaned four large restrooms, extracted carpets, and cleaned and sanitized our entire kitchen after a major plumbing malfunction in less than 8 hours. Despite the flooding of thousands of square feet, the next morning the hotel looked as if nothing happened. We would not have been able to return to a level of safe operations without their assistance.

Jenny M. Pettingill is the VP and Controller for Team Clean Inc. with 13 years of experience in the accounting field. She is responsible for understanding and analyzing the most current industry data to capitalize on efficiencies.

Emanuel Richard is the Operations Group Manager and our Resident Kitchen Sanitation Expert, specializing in 3rd shift working teams and kitchen cleaning. He has over 17 years of management experience in maintaining kitchens for the hospitality industry.
