Your Team Synergy program will utilize an action learning process. Simply put, it means that you can count on us to get everyone involved and working towards common goals. If you're afraid that it looks too physical, don't be. We are experts at working with all types of groups and designing programs to suit every level of physical ability. Some of our clients include Sight Impaired Students, "At-Risk" Student Programs, Mainstream Public/Private Schools, Sam Houston State University Management & Organizational Behavior Classes, and numerous denominational Church groups (youth to adults).

Team Synergy is here to help your organization discover an exciting educational adventure and bonding experience. We provide schools, universities, and church groups with experiential education courses designed to help participants learn to problem solve more effectively, communicate more efficiently and participants recognize their untapped potential. Whether you join us at our Outdoor Learning Center (OLC) or request Rock Solid Character (RSC) or our Mobile Team Building System (MTS) we'll make sure that your program(s) is easy to schedule and designed to meet your educational needs.
