Team Wendy was founded in 1997 by Cleveland-based entrepreneur Dan T. Moore as a memorial to his daughter Wendy, who passed away from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) following a snow-skiing accident. Since the company’s founding, Team Wendy has been largely focused on developing leading-edge products that serve to protect against serious and potentially life-threatening impact related injuries. Most notably, through its long-standing partnership with the U.S.

Lisa came to Team Wendy in 2014 with over 15 years of sales and marketing experience from the consumer products industry. Her experience included working with retailers such as Wal-Mart, AAFES and Nexcom. In her role at Team Wendy, she is responsible for marketing Team Wendy products and programs throughout the military and law enforcement communities as well as managing and growing the base of distributors used to sell Team Wendy products world-wide. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the American Intercontinental University.

Team Wendy products are manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio. Our state-of-the-art testing, engineering and chemistry labs, as well as our 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, allow us constant, hands-on access to our products and materials. We employ a diverse staff of highly trained professionals who are all vital to our day-to-day operations. The company is certified to ISO-9001 with design (certificate 08.192.1).

Team Wendy has demonstrated a long track record of supplying quality products and meeting the delivery schedules of our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Creates and maintains customer account files in various Team Wendy systems. This includes Sales Force, IPOL, etc. • Handles customer inquiries in a timely manner. • Processes all customer orders received through the Team Wendy website, email or by the phone according to established department policies and procedures.
