Quality Assurance TMI has a comprehensive Corporate ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System that is used for all design, development, production, installation and servicing projects undertaken by TMI. This system has been in effect since 1999 and was approved for registration in October 2000. In keeping with Government and industry streamlining, TMI has been developing a full compliment of standards, policies and procedures to provide a robust series of best practices for our total business model that includes all our directorates and divisions.

Since 1988 we have successfully met or exceeded the requirements of more than 1300 federal government task orders. The ultimate benefactor of our performance is the Warfighter. The basic principles that underpin our company are aspiring to be the best, performance beyond expectations, and operating with the highest standards of integrity. Tec-Masters recognizes that we must be an integral part of program planning, analysis, execution and performance metric to monitor/measure progress.

Tec-Masters also promotes Six Sigma as one of its powerful management tools to find optimum solutions for our customers and internal improvements and issues. Using our more than 50 trained Six Sigma Specialists in conjunction with ISO and CMMI allow us to provide an extremely powerful and effective set of management tools.

Tec-Masters, Inc. has provided engineering and logistical support for weapons, fire control systems and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems to the Army since its inception. We continue to provide this support to Army elements and have expanded it to include elements of the Marine Corps and Navy as well.
