Eric has been in the telecommunications industry for three decades - twenty-five of those years were spent as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Tech II. From his background in electronics and PBX manufacturing, Eric gained an understanding of the concepts and technologies that make up this rapidly evolving industry.

Dan Bardin joined Tech II as Chief Operations Officer in early 1999 with the strategic acquisition of Power Solutions, and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Dan has been a student of business and technology since before Internet was accessible to the public. He has extensive experience in finding and developing efficient solutions that enable the most advanced systems to integrate seamlessly and effectively with business operations. In his position of COO, Dan has integrated three distinct divisions into their business: voice, data and infrastructure.
