Technical Associates was founded in 1980 in Albany, Georgia. The growing trend at that time for large industrial manufacturing companies was to engage outside engineering partners for more support in the execution of ongoing plant support projects as well as larger capital investment projects. TA’s leadership recognized that this trend would continue and that a truly client focused engineering company with a strong base of highly skilled engineers would provide significant value as a supplement to manufacturers whose internal technical resource pool was becoming more limited.

TA Services Group, founded in 2007, & TA Process Systems, founded in 2009, provide full service mechanical & electrical installation in the industrial arena.

TA was founded in 1980 with a mission to provide industrial clients a wide array of industrial engineering services and from the very beginning, the company focused heavily on recruiting the best talent available in the engineering marketplace. Our company clearly understands that our greatest assets are the people we employ and we also understand that only a passionate dedication to searching for, and attracting the best, can a company be the best. This statement is often overused but not really lived.

Custom Fabrication starts with in-house trained qualified craftsmen, designers, and process engineers. The final fabricated component must be greater than the sum of the individual components. Our fabrication processes utilize the latest technologies to exceed our customers' expectations.

Founded in 2007, TA Services Group, LLC is the electrical installation arm of our company supporting many of our industrial and commercial clients. Properly licensed and insured, we have carefully selected talented and experienced leadership for this division who well understand the critical role of a reliable, cost effective, safety conscious, and customer focused install provider.
