The engineering staff at Technical Methods combines many years of experience with state-of-the-art design systems to develop the best casting/molding methods to meet the customer needs. Our attention to detail and devotion to on-time deliveries are key to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Technical Methods is a full service pattern shop specializing in close tolerance aerospace tooling and complex industrial tools. TMI uses the latest CAD/CAM software to design and develop parts and tooling for both prototype and production applications. We are accreditated as AS9100 certified for the machining of Aerospace Castings.
Fixtures play and important role in producing high quality castings. Our fixtures are designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM Systems. A full 3-D Model is generated for pre-build customer approval. All components are then fully machined by our CNC department.
