Founded in 1939 by Charles Cornell, TECH pioneered�a cold vulcanization process in the U.S. that repaired tires without heat, revolutionizing the tire industry.� Today, TECH produces a full range of tire repair materials including radial and bias repair units, plug-patch combination repairs, inserts, RFID tags, vulcanizing cements and related chemicals, uncured cushion gum, and extruded rubber.

Thousands of passenger, light truck, truck and Off-Road tires are permanently and safely repaired each day with Tech products. Repairing a tire allows the tire to remain in use, helping to eliminate the global, growing problem of scrap tires. Literally all-global tire manufacturers advocate repair of their tires, although tire repair procedures may be different from one tire manufacturer to another.
