Mr. Allsopp joined TECHSOFT in 1995 after retiring from the Navy with 24 years of experience in leadership positions in cryptologic operations, training, and management. Mr. Allsopp has more than 13 years of experience in cryptologic training, ranging from training management and training systems design and development, to curriculum design and development.

NETPDTC is located on Saufley Field in Pensacola, Florida, and is responsible for providing the Naval Service with quality products and services to support and enhance education, training, career development, and personnel advancement.

Dan Shanholtz is Chief Executive Officer of TECHSOFT. As CEO, Mr. Shanholtz is responsible for ensuring the strategic plans and policies established by the Board of Directors are followed and provides vision and guidance to corporate management on all facets of TECHSOFT's operations. Mr. Shanholtz served as TECHSOFT's Vice President for over 15 years before his appointment as CEO.
