Founded in 1995 by Jay Hoag and Rick Kimball, TCV is a leading provider of growth capital to technology companies throughout their rapid growth phase. These individuals also serve as a unique resource for us and our portfolio companies in areas such as recruiting, board participation and due diligence.Our team of ten partners and over 20 other professionals manages over $4.7 billion in assets. Our partners include both experienced investors and operating executives, many of who have more than twenty years of industry experience. We have invested in over 150 companies and worked with the management teams of those companies to achieve over 35 IPOs and 25 strategic sales or mergers.
