Discontinued Product Support When manufacturers elect to discontinue product as well as the service and support of that equipment, the customer should not have to exhaust valuable resources to replace that equipment. After all, the "end of life" (EOL) or the "discontinued" designation for a product by a manufacturer does not mean that it no longer does the job for you. TSI is a preferred service provider for companies who choose to prolong the life of their equipment and investment on their time, not the manufacturers.
