Description

Tim brings over 12 years of experience in acoustics and noise control design for buildings and reducing human exposure to noise and vibration. Tim’s role is to bring acoustic design strategies and solutions that integrate into the design process and achieve user friendly and comfortable environments consistent with the function of each space. His acoustics experience comprises a spectrum of project building types which include large scale corporate, multi-family, healthcare, research, mixed use, and education projects.

We work with owners, tenants, architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to envision, plan, budget, design, construct, and manage the systems and infrastructure that deliver the electronic experience for new construction and renovation projects around the globe. Founded in 1997, we have successfully delivered over 2,000 projects in the US, UK, China, India, France, Israel, Japan, and Australia.

We ensure that your project is delivered smoothly and according to your expectations—and that your investment pays dividends—by providing technology project management services aligned with your construction schedule as well as internal client deliverables, vendor management, procurement, move coordination, systems configuration, and systems commissioning.

Existing at the epicenter of innovation, TEECOM attracts top professionals who are passionate about all things technology. We have assembled a group of the most talented and competent people you will ever work with. We set high standards and consistently strive to improve our work product, our client relations, and our internal efficiencies. We look for new TEEm members to bring more of the same passion and commitment to excellence.

We bridge the gap between vendors and major project stakeholders to ensure our clients receive the highest quality products at competitive prices. Working with multiple vendors, we are able to review and approve the appropriate equipment, including but not limited to cabling, owner and carrier network equipment, communication circuits, desktops/laptops, and phone systems. The procurement process begins with a preliminary design for each project, then design validation, followed by Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and issuance of quotes to approved vendors who determine pricing.
