In 2010, Teeldas, a subsidiary of Teel Plastics, opened the doors of its custom compounding, analytical lab and extrusion manufacturing facility. Teel Plastics continues to look for unique partnerships to develop and manufacture custom products. We utilize our extensive knowledge in materials and processing in all stages of our new product development programs that exceed our customer expectations. Our high tech manufacturing centers in extrusion and compounding enables us to expand the technology platforms available at Teel Plastics to our customers.

Teel Plastics has grown significantly since 1958 through our commitment to meet customer needs on a consistent basis. “Meeting customer needs” has driven the company culture of continuous improvement to create skilled and experienced employees dedicated to fostering long term customer and supplier relationships. As such, Teel Plastics is able to develop significant long-standing customer alliances critical to ongoing success. Teel Plastics serves its world-wide customer base with three manufacturing facilities located within two miles of each other in Baraboo, WI.

With over 60 years of experience, Teel Plastics specializes in the custom extrusion of thermoplastic tubing and profiles. Teel Plastics also compounds and extrudes unique custom products. Our analytical lab adds a very unique capability which allows us to perform a wide variety of analysis on both raw materials and finished goods to ensure the manufacture of high quality products for our customers. Teel Plastics' state-of-the-art 150,000 square foot extrusion manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters is located in Baraboo, WI.

Teel Plastics began extruding plastic tubing in 1951. In 2007, Teel Plastics constructed a 150,000 square foot state-of-the-art extrusion facility in Baraboo, WI. The extrusion division (Industrial and Healthcare) has been extruding a wide variety of thermoplastic materials into plastic tubing for over 60 years.

Quality has always been a cornerstone at Teel Plastics. Our commitment to quality was formalized in 1997 with our certification to the ISO 9001:1994 standard. In 2003 the Quality Management System was certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. In 2009 the Quality Management System was certified to the ISO 9001: 2008 revision. Today we focus on a number of new and exciting market sectors with several product families within each. The custom thermoplastic tubing for the healthcare sector provides products for personal hygiene, medical packaging and medical device components.
