This means that as the technology gains acceptance by employees and callers to our client company, it is managed and maintained at the highest optimum level-by Tel-IS Technical Support Staff Members. Application fine-tuning and development of new applications frequently occur during the first year of operation of a technological enhancement.

Mr. St. Clair proudly serves as Director of Customer Service & Support. Robert has well over 25 years of experience in this most important area and Tel-IS feels very fortunate to have had his expertise since our inception. Tel-IS has long had a customer appreciation rarely matched by industry standards. As one of Avaya’s top Business Partners, Robert has continued to place Tel-IS in the top 97% of independent customer satisfaction. These capabilities come from his background of dealing with a very demanding industry which included moving America’s trucking system.

Mr. Springer recently joined Tel-IS as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer after a long career in public accounting. Tommy has consistently been involved with Mr. Oldham in an advisory capacity for 20+ years. After leaving his private CPA practice of 600 clients served during 12 years, Mr. Springer was involved in the healthcare industry as a consultant for Texas physicians. His company, Physician Management Services, Inc. owned and operated physical therapy rehabilitation centers in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Waco & San Antonio.

Because many of our solutions are implemented at multiple sites, networking support services provided by our Technical Support Staff assure reliable intra-communication between locations.
