With our extensive in-house inventory of monitors, back-orders are proactively avoided and should never occur. -Friendly\ Respectful Communications - Every patient interaction is conducted with a professional, helpful attitude and no time wasted on hold. -Customized Reporting - We deliver prompt, accurate information via fax, regular mail, email or secured website depending on your preference. All reports are reviewed by two R.N.'s for quality assurance purposes. Sample data results for publication and research are available upon request. -Accurate Billing – Medicare, HMO and billing specialists are on staff ensure that insurance claims are filed in a timely manner. We are contracted with almost all major insurance providers and are committed to helping patients regardless of their insurance coverage whenever possible. -Patient Satisfaction - TELErhythmics builds personal relationships between your patients and the nurses who monitor them so they always feel that someone is looking out for their welfare. Weekly follow-up calls enable us to enhance patient understanding and comfort, reduce anxiety, and answer questions related to the event monitor.
