MetroEthernet is a form of broadband communication that is available in your area to provide you a high-speed, high-bandwidth network and Internet communication capabilities. Because it is a dedicated link to your business, the security of your system is easier to maintain. The opportunity to have a secure link both internally at one location as well as link one or more of your other business locations could prove invaluable as your business grows. MetroEthernet uses existing fiber optic cable in your area to provide you with a system that is totally separated from outside interference or security issues. You are able to control your Internet access from a single point, with a single firewall, even with multiple business locations. This provides unparalleled security for your internal business systems.

TSC will provide Internet server rental ("the Service") to its members for the express purpose of allowing customers to provide http Internet content to the general public. The Service allows TSC members to maintain Internet websites, receive and maintain e-mail accounts and access web space via FTP to upload files for their websites. TSC members will use the provided services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws. TSC provides the Services exclusively and makes no effort to edit, control, monitor or restrict the content of data other than as necessary to provide such Services. TSC reserves the right to refuse service to potential and/or existing customers to protect its existing paying customers. If any of the below violates are committed, TSC can terminate client's account without notification.

The fact that a deposit is made does not relieve the Customer from making advance payments or from complying with TSC's regulations for the payment of bills in accordance with the terms herein and does not constitute a waiver or modification of the regulations of TSC providing for the discontinuance of Service for nonpayment of any sums due TSC for Service rendered.
