ABOUT TELLURIUM Tellurium Communications was formed in 2001 as a subsidiary of The Communications Source. Tellurium Communications buys capacity from major networks such as Wiltel Communications & Global Crossing and then resells these services to its customers giving them Tier 1 network quality but at prices that are affordable. The overbuilding of the fiber optic networks in the late 90’s and early 00’s was the basis of Tellurium’s original business plan, allowing Tellurium to negotiate very favorable pricing and purchase the network over-capacity at substantial discounts passing these savings on to it’s customers while still giving them the quality and reliability of being on Tier 1 networks.
