Early application of servo controls has allowed us to provide the efficiencies and profi abilities of our Servo Genius systems to a variety of clients.

Telstar designs and manufactures Anvil Assemblies for foil stamping, embossing, and laminating processes. The assembly is a direct replacement for the standard anvil of the press. The rubber-covered portion of the anvil is a replaceable sleeve that "floats" on bearings to minimize disruption of the tension zone during laminating, embossing, and foil stamping operations. Various rubber compounds and durometers are available to meet job requirements.

Simply put this is cold foil decorating at its best. We pioneered and continue to refine through-cure cold foiling with multiple sequencing options with or without chill-drum capability. We’re shipping a new one this month!

The prospect of investing considerable resources to add digital production services is often a subject printers would rather not have to face. A completely new press will require more space and a substantial financial commitment. Yet many label producers have found their existing equipment can become profit producing digital presses with the addition of retrofit units engineered and installed by Telstar Engineering of Burnsville, Minnesota.

Telstar provided a complete custom press to this manufacturer of identification products. Rolls of heavy gauge material at 16” wide to 40” diameter were processed. The Telstar Rotary Screen Units print to 25.5” repeat.
