The Temp Solutions Inc. story begins with the husband and wife team of Mike and Sushama Thevar. While working as licensed social workers in the nursing home and behavioral health fields, they found that there was a lack of skilled and qualified healthcare professionals at area hospitals and care-giving facilities.
