About Us Temperature Control Systems Inc. was established in 1975 by Ira and Naomi Goodlett. Ira was employed 18 years with Honeywell as an Application Engineer and later as a Manager in Service Sales. Ira's vision was to take his years of experience into distribution to benefit the customer utilizing multiple manufacturers. Ira was a firm believer in educating the customer as well as educating his employees in order to make them successful. While Ira was busy training, engineering and selling Naomi was busy answering the phones, keeping the books and managing inventory. For we all know the only dependable free labor is your spouse. Through Ira's time and commitment to training Ira was able to develop a business with loyal customers and an educated staff that spans generations.
