The Tenon Group ® PLC consists of experienced claim professionals, personal injury attorneys, life care planners and nurse case managers who have handled Medicare set-asides for many years. We are members of and certified as Medicare set-aside experts by the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). We provide training seminars on Medicare set-aside issues for Fortune 500 companies, attorney associations and national audiences such as the annual RIMS Conference. Our legal team is led by Christopher Gullen, a licensed attorney with 34 years of experience handling personal injury claims and litigation nationwide. He has specialized in Medicare set-aside issues since their inception and has authored articles on Medicare issues in national publications. His practice has included work as director of claims and director of risk management for a Fortune 500 company. Our medical team is led by Kathryn Warner, a Registered Nurse with 35 years of experience. She has worked as a staff nurse at several hospitals. As a Peace Corps volunteer she served as the Director of Nursing for a regional hospital in Africa. Her current practice is as a Medicare set-aside specialist, life care planner and case manager. Kathryn has worked with Medicare since 1987, resolving claims while serving in management positions with home care agencies and with Liberty Mutual Group. She holds national certifications as Certified Nurse Life Care Planner, Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager and Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant.
