Description

We have provided eye-catching tented coverage at successful patron parties, galas, and fundraisers. We can meet the rental needs of an intimate 50-guest private home fundraiser, or a large scale 500-attendee gala. Allow us to provide creative solutions to welcome and 'wow' your donors!

Showcase business milestones at tented events – grand openings, anniversaries, employee appreciation events. Welcome visiting personnel to your annual crawfish boil, Mardi Gras party, or picnic with true Southern hospitality. We provide solutions for smooth, professional events designed to impress! Let us handle the details – tables, chairs, linens flooring, podiums, and temperature control.

Our rentals were featured in the movie Failure to Launch, where our high-peaked tents created visual interest for the paintball competition scene. Behind the scenes, we have provided tents for catering/food service areas, dressing rooms, makeup stations, and more. We can also provide 'cool down' or misting tents for VIPs or set workers. Contact us to see how we can meet your production needs.

"The event went beautifully. The tent set up was perfect. It was a great pleasure working with you. We got rave reviews from LSU administration and attendees so I think it will become an annual event and grow. I certainly look forward to working with you in coming years.

"Thank you so much for the outstanding tent and party rentals you provided at my Christmas Eve party. I have continued to hear nothing but wonderful reviews from so many guests on how beautiful the tent, tables, chairs, and all the lights looked when displayed together as one. Alysia was amazing to work with all the way from the planning stages to the actual event. It is people like you who "raise the bar" in the service industry by exceeding a customer's expectations.
