Incorporated in 1992, Terrace Heating and Air is a locally owned, full-service mechanical contractor serving the entire lowcountry and surrounding areas. Service, sales and support is available to customers located anywhere within the tri-county region as well as Kiawah and Seabrook Islands.

Terrace Heat and Air offers commercial maintenance contracts on a semi-annual and quarterly basis depending on your specific needs. Along with new installation and retrofit, we specialize in light commercial preventative maintenance which reduces untimely breakdown and costly repairs. In conjunction with maintenance services we offer filter replacement, coil cleaning, and various specialty items exclusive to our commercial customers.
