Description

Vice President Mr. Shephard has primary responsibility for the management of TerraCorp's property portfolio. He oversees and provides direction to site staff and directs rehabilitation efforts to maximize properties' positions within their individual submarkets. He also evaluates economic and demographic trends and prepares financial forecasts. Additionally, he coordinates consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality construction projects. Mr. Shephard brings over 15 years of experience in multi-family property management, rehabilitation and development in the Western United States and internationally. He has managed numerous multi-family portfolios and construction projects for private owners, non-profits and governmental agencies. Prior to joining TerraCorp, Mr. Shephard worked for Riverstone Residential Group, the largest independently owned management firm in the United States.
