Experience? Many of our facilitators have corporate expertise and years of experience guiding groups. Our years of experience in the corporate workplace allow us to apply the lessons we’ve learned to our Team Building Programs, in turn, achieving meaningful outcomes. Our Team Building Programs are organized and often led by Chief Adventure Officer Matt Baker. Matt has been a leader and instrumental in helping run a variety of corporations for over 30 years. Matt has a keen insight and a successful track record on how to increase a company’s bottom-line through employee performance. Matt takes his corporate experience and applies it our Team Building Programs to help you solve problems and improve employee performance. Matt has extensive world-wide travel experience and is always seeking adventure from the tops of mountains of New Zealand, to the Serengeti plains of Africa, to the cloud forests of Costa Rica and the Amazon.

Come explore the best fishing spots as we visit the calm water coves of the Patuxent River. We provide the guide, fishing gear, instruction, and a snack. We teach you how set up your line, cast, catch and land freshwater fish. There are bass, trout, perch, sunfish, and carp are just a few of the fish in abundance. You will be required to obtain the appropriate fishing license from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources in advance.

If you have any problems whatsoever we provide guides who will lead you back down if you reach a level you are uncomfortable with. If you love climbing and enjoy a physical challenge, this is the perfect aerial adventure for you!.

Terrapin Adventures understands the pressure kids are under today. Striving to compete in school, sports, music and extra curricular activities can be stressful. Our facility is like no other in Maryland plus we can go off-campus as needed. Our team leaders have many years of experience running working with school age groups. Your program will be personalized to your groups needs.
