Terry Collier & Associates, P.C. is a minority-owned accounting firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and fully licensed by the Commonwealth. The firm began as a sole proprietorship in 1989 and was incorporated in 1997. Currently, the firm has seven staff persons (two of whom are CPAs). All professional staff hold baccalaureate degrees in addition to two master's degrees and one doctorate. The staff has over 100 years of cumulative experience in accounting, audit, tax, and business consulting, primarily in the small business and non-profit sectors.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Ohio State University, and an MBA with emphasis in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He has thirty-five years of experience in accounting including an international CPA firm, experience in strategic planning, and significant experience in the manufacturing environment. He has also completed examinations through the College for Financial Planning.

We are fully experienced in FAS no. 117 and OMB Circular A-133, as amended, financial, and compliance audits in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America under FASB and generally accepted government auditing standards under GASB. The required technical knowledge and experience in the accounting principles and financial reporting practices are evidenced by our successful 2009 peer review. This, our sixth triennial peer review process required a careful review and update of our quality control and procedures manual.
