Condition Evaluations – Topside & Underwater Barr & Prevost performs condition inspections for the purposes of evaluating structures including bridges, bulkheads, cooling towers and underground utilities. After the inspection, we provide a report to owners on a number of items including existing condition, maintenance, and recommendations and also provide rehabilitation or replacement designs when authorized.
