D&H Petroleum has been in business for over 40 years and is based out of the El Paso area. Mission Petroleum Carriers, Inc is a bulk commodity transport company based in Houston, Texas. Mission operates throughout Texas and surrounding states. Mission’s primary focus is transportation of gasoline and diesel fuels and gathering and transportation of crude oil. Founded in 1965 by Tom E. Turner, Sr., Mission Petroleum Carriers, Inc. is a privately held common /contract carrier specializing in the transportation of products in bulk. Mission operates terminals and satellite facilities throughout Texas and surrounding states.

D&H Petroleum and Environmental has served the southwest in fuel management systems since 1964. Along with complete sales along with service & installation of major brands of petroleum marketing equipment for over 40 years, D&H is a licensed petroleum storage tank contractor in New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. D&H has always been a leader in providing state of the art equipment, professional installation, unbeatable contract/warranty service, and automotive and environmental compliance services.

For over 50 years, VK Knowlton Construction & Utilities, Inc. has been turning megatons of dirt and tough Texas limestone rock into sites, streets and utilities ready for residential and commercial development. More than 450 construction operators, estimators and staff with a multimillion dollar assembly of equipment serve their clients.

Mr. Turner’s business involvement spans not only multiple decades, but also multiple industries. Over thirty years ago, Mr. Turner and long-term colleague, Arch Kelly, started Mission Petroleum Carriers. Today Mission is still a TETCO company and consists of a headquarter’s office in Houston, TX, and twenty terminal locations throughout the United States. With Mr. Kelly still at Mission’s helm, the company continues to grow in size and profits year after year. In the 1970?s, Mr. Turner owned Industrial Lubricants Co., a huge warehouse facility that burned down in the 1970?s.
