Pat Yancey graduated from Tarleton State University, a division of Texas A&M. Mr. Yancey holds the designation of CLCS and is a Hartford School of Insurance graduate. Through years of experience, he has developed the ability to provide long term Risk Management Programs, keeping both Risk Transfer and Premium Reduction at the forefront. Mr. Yancey is part of the Automotive Oil Change Association and Texas Restaurant Association. Mr. Yancey has experience in Restaurants, Bars, Manufacturers, Distributors, Contractors, along with special events and many other industries.

Thasia Foster began working in the insurance industry over 30 years ago. Ms. Foster started her career with an insurance company and after two years began working with an independent insurance agency. As part of the Commercial Lines Department, Ms. Foster tackled all aspects of commercial account management-from policy issuance to claims. Through a series of acquisitions and mergers, the agency Ms. Foster began working with in 1979 is now TexCap-Concord Insurance Agency, LP. As an Account Manager, she strives to provide the best customer service possible. Ms.

Christine Davis began her insurance career in the Personal Lines department at CNA Insurance in Chicago in 1979. After working her way up the ladder in the personal lines department, Ms. Davis transitioned into the Commercial Lines department at CNA. After moving to Ft. Lauderdale, Ms. Davis pursued her interest in working on the agency side of the business and has stuck with this route since then. In 1982, Ms. Davis and her husband moved to Dallas and she began working with Jim Hamby at Wolf-Larkin and Associates. Ms. Davis and Mr.

Gena Oehlert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked within the Healthcare Industry for more than 20 years, with the last 14 years working within the Employee Benefits arena. She has been with TexCap-Concord since 2007, and has helped create, implement and deliver the department's vision for its client base. Gena's knowledge expands over multiple areas of employee benefits, with a main emphasis in individual and group benefit management and sales.
