TexasData is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) serving the Texas Hill Country west of Austin. We provide high-speed internet access to businesses and residents not served by broadband services such as cable or DSL. Our primary service area extends along Highway 71 from Bee Caves to Spicewood, south along Highway 290 from Cedar Valley to Dripping Springs and Henly.
In the event that we do need to come to your home for service calls that are the result of problems not involving our equipment , there will be a trip charge as well as an hourly rate for our time. Please note that we do not deal in computer hardware issues outside of networking solutions, such as failed hard drives, broken CD/DVD drives, damaged monitors, etc... Obviously, our primary business is providing internet service, but if the need arises, we are here to help.
We are also looking at possible ways to provide you with access to your account through newer versions of the app for on-the-go payments and access to your billing details, as well as access to your usage information. As always, we appreciate your business and are always working to not only provide our customers with excellent internet service, but excellent customer service as well.
