Year-Round Lifestyle Enhancement Children of Stillwater Estates are eligible to attend the highly preferred Nederland ISD. Fire Protection is provided by the Central Garden Fire Department. Utilities, including natural gas, are either in place, or available for every lot. The streets are curbed, guttered and concrete paved. All utilities are underground and streetlights are in place near existing construction and scheduled to be placed throughout the division. Water and sewage services are provided by Jefferson County District Number 10. The District has built a new state-of-the-art sewer facility with the Stillwater community in mind.
