Service Dogs, Inc. Service Dogs, Inc. is a non profit organization founded in 1988 by Sheri Soltes. Operating from a 6 acre campus in Dripping Springs, Texas, near Austin, Service Dogs, Inc.’s core mission is to rescue dogs from animal shelters and train them as working partners for individuals living with a severe loss of hearing or mobility. Recipients receive the dogs and customized training free of charge.

Service Dogs, Inc. is dedicated to educating the public about Hearing and Service Dogs. Learn more about public access laws and how to say hello to a working dog.

Service Dogs, Inc. trains dogs to assist Texans living with hearing or mobility challenges. We adopt every dog in our program from an animal shelter or rescue group. We invest $20,000 and one year to train each Hearing or Service Dog team (dog and person). Thanks to your donations, we provide the dogs and training free of charge.

Service Dogs, Inc. invests 1 Year and $20,000 into custom training each Hearing or Service Dog team. We provide the dog and training Free of Charge. We rely entirely on donations , grants and our Mighty Texas Dog Walk proceeds to support our training program.
