In 1999, a second company, Turbine Fuel Systems, Inc., was formed to specialize in the repair and overhaul of fuel components for the commercial airline industry worldwide. Once again, the James A. Staley Company was contracted to design and build the sophisticated test equipment. This advanced facility meets all of the OEM requirements for testing fuel valves, submersible pumps, engine-driven pumps, boost pumps and auxiliary power units (APU) fuel controls.

Texas Pneumatic Systems, Inc. was established in 1994, when the founders recognized a need for a pneumatic repair and overhaul station that could deliver three distinct benefits - superior quality, quick turn around and cost effectiveness. The company contracted the James A. Staley Company to design and build state-of-the-art testing equipment that would use computerized process controls wherever practical.

TPS and TFS operate from two locations comprising a total of 41,000 square feet that house our production areas, management offices and our advanced suite of testing equipment: main valve test stand, a PDU/CDU test stand, a starter and ACM test cell, a fuel test cell and a vacuum chamber. Our facility and test equipment allow us to ensure that your components are ready to return to their operating environment.
