Value Creation Roadmaps. For marketing driven firms and for planning at the corporate level, roadmapping takes on a new look. At the level of the firm, the chief objective is creating shareholder value -- measured by a sum of future cash flows. We deconstruct the firm into an architecture of elements that contribute to shareholder value. Then based on drivers of customer need and strategic initiatives to meet those needs, we develop roadmaps for each of the elements of the corporation.

This one-day, highly interactive roadmapping workshop combines lecture with a case-based learning experience to provide students with the knowledge and skills to lead or participate in development of a roadmap for a product line, industry or technology area. Working in small teams, students create a roadmap for a new product line as learning activity.
