Procedures for Admission Getting started in the Admission process for any school can seem a daunting task. Please do not let this overwhelm you. Below is a checklist of items that will walk you through the procedure of submitting an application for admission, including all of the necessary forms, letters and suggested deadlines. Please refer to the application procedure checklist on the second page of the Admission Application Forms. Application Checklist A checklist of items needed for consideration for admissions. Each item is described below. Frequently Asked Questions Application and Application Fee Each application should be submitted with a non-refundable application fee of $30 for domestic students or $75 for international students, prior to February 15 for Fall enrollment and November 15 for Spring enrollment for admission consideration as space is limited. Late applications will be considered for grades which have vacancies. Transcripts Required School records must include a transcript which covers at least three years of an applicants school career including current academic grades. The records should also include conduct records, attendance records and standardized test scores. If standardized test scores are not available or more information is needed regarding a student's knowledge level they may need to take the SSAT (Secondary Schools Admission Test). Please contact the Admissions Office to determine if this test will be neccessary. For further information on the SSAT please visit their website at http://www.ssat.org/ssat/info/home . We do offer the SSAT on campus and can find up to date information on the SSAT website at http://www.ssat.org/centersearch.nsf . Tallulah Falls School will also accept the ISEE ( Independent School Entrance Examination ) scores. Student Visit/Interview One of the most important components of the application process is a visit to Tallulah Falls, GA. Visiting campus is, without question, the best way to determine if Tallulah Falls School is the best option for your educational, social and personal goals. As you are preparing to submit an application, call the Admission Office to schedule a visit. With advance notice, it is possible to meet with faculty, students, coaches and/or administrators. Admissions Committee All applicants are considered by the Admission Committee with care. The committee attempts to make fair decisions in every case, considering not only what our school can offer each applicant but also what contributions can be made by the applicant to the Tallulah Falls community.
