We are a dedicated band of coffee professionals in business since 1991 bringing you Smoked European style slow roasted coffees shipped fresh from the roaster to your door. We bring you 45 years' combined experience in coffee growing, importing, classifying and roasting to ensure you receive only the best quality beans roasted to perfection. Our retail locations in South West Colorado serve over a thousand people a day who swear we have the best coffee they've ever tasted!This is the most important part of the job. We only buy large, uniform size fresh crop arabica beans. All coffees are cupped (tasted) prior to purchase.Slow roasting, smoking and air cooling enable us to coax out the prized characteristics of these fine coffees. Our roastmaster's 25 years experience enables him to adjust his style for each roast, paying attention to all the following variables dependent on the type of coffee being roasted:
